I am a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Hendry at McGill University, Montreal. I'm interested in evolutionary ecology, parallel evolution, and most of all, non-parallel evolution, or variation in the direction or magnitude of divergence across populations. Why does the extent of parallelism so often vary across populations and traits? My thesis focuses on (non-)parallel evolution in post-glacial fishes, including stickleback, sockeye salmon, pink salmon, and others. Learn more about some current projects by clicking below.
